I'm not going to dig too deep on your behalf but I would presume that Ridley offloaded the Novacq Singapore FRANCHISE either back to the brand owner the CSRIO or to another party willing to take on the FRACHISE responsibilities.
I honestly haven't dug much deeper into Novacq.
