Im not to sure on this but could it be 2.4m overall subscribers with 250,000 of the subscriber base extending their subscriptions to stan sport? Since its an add on subscription. Im not too sure but would make sense that if the subscriber base dropped by 150k (based on your calcs) while the ARPU has increased by 7%.
