Just had a look at this - Based on the Liquidity ratio (current Assets/Current Liabilities), which is sitting at about 0.5 (it should ideally be around 2) a raise is coming. Cant meet their short term obligations, unless they sell the network, which they seems to be doing. That will probably decrease the margins further.
