So according to Ben Guo they borrowed 80% of $90m ($72m) @3.5%. It takes $40/MWh to pay that off in 30 years at (assumed minimum) 100,000 MWh/year.The bottom end of the current PPA range is $55/MWh. Key question is how much are the annual (management and maintenance) and occasional costs (e.g., inverter replacement every ?10 years)? Anyone got any relevant information? [They mentioned on the call that the battery is going to take about $1m recurrent per year, have they given any previous guide]
