The big mover over the past year has been BetMGM. They have a great brand, access to a huge loyalty network through their casino network (also helps licensing/ market access) and platform with Entain. This year's mover will probably be Caesar's. Again great brand, access to loyalty network/ market access through casino portfolio and platform. Earmarked to spend well north of a billion on sports and igaming. PBH will be small fish in big pond, can't compete with dollars being spent above them. Dilution to continue. Best bet long term is takeover.
