I do understand the frustration around how long it is taking to arrange satisfactory refinance. The longer it takes the more the existing predatory funding is sucking the profits from PNC. One would hope that the deal being currently pursued is good enough to warrant the length of time it has taken - the future performance and potential of PNC is largely dependent on changing this inhibiting factor. I am not sure why Sept has become the expected date for the refinance to be signed off. The latest information I have in relation to refinance was on p6 of the FY21 results presentation on 31/8/21 where it is stated " finance costs remain high will normalise on refinancing in 1H22". There is another comment within the same presenation on p15 where it states " refinance options well progressed. Market update expected in the coming weeks". I cannot find any later announcements which state that they were expected in Sept 21. You obviously have some later information that I cannot find. I hold only a small parcel fortunately but like you I would like to see the deal done as soon as possible - there are enough restrictions on doing business in this industry currently without protraction of things like this.
