from a very long term holder the absolute truth is that the lowest it ever got was 8.5c and only for a few seconds before it hit 9.5c and beyond and that was an Armageddon situation when everyone thought that covid would bring on the apocalypse so I can be seeing it worth much less than 10x that price today
