The news Ltd online site is reporting that there were large queue's at WES' Kmarts' in some areas of Sydney that opened at 0001 hours on Monday 11 October 2021 for the so-called (perhaps exaggerated, since not all historic 'freedoms' have returned) 'Freedom Day'.
This is (obviously) not MYR but bodes well.

It will be interesting to see how trading goes, even though the weather isn't great (although rain seems to have stopped or eased off, with 14.4mm in Sydney recorded overnight).
It's chilly in locked down Melbourne. Sadly for MYR's head office location, no definite indication from Daniel Andrews as to exactly when he'll follow The Premier State's lead. In Melbourne we're seeing worse times than our vague memories of how badly Melbourne suffered during the Cain/Kirner Labor years of 1982-92.
