Very good sign. They would have downgraded by now (or done it along with this announcement) if they were not on track to meeting guidance. Strict disclosure obligations and with many eyes on them, they would not risk pushing it and saying they didn't realise they wouldnt meet guidance until 'x' date etc. Last thing they want is some sort of legal attack.
