It's not really possible, or well, advisable to TA stocks with less than 12-18 months history. None the less, here is what I see.

Looking back the length of the initial run up is the same as the run up to the bottom of the range starting at 2.9. Kind of a bull flag but the flag is too long. Then the stock was stuck in a channel between 2.9 and 3.21. It's broken out and closed above, so I'd expect a two steps forward one step back move up an equal distance to the range, up to 3.53. Some resistance at previous ATH. After that who knows, maybe next target probably round number 4.00.

I also note it's largely been pulling back to and respecting the 20ema, so chance of a pull back or sideways movement til the 20ema catches up. As always any big news will move the stock regardless of technicals.
