Weebit is looking to transfer its technology followed by the qualification process in Q1 FY22. Weebit remains focused on securing a commercial agreement. In FY21 they advanced negotiations. Over the coming financial year:

1. Discrete memory looking for commercialisation mid term, meaning the end of this year.
2. Test chips are anticipated to be available in late 2021
3. Module demo and functional testing in Q3 2022
4. Qualification of the embedded memory module scheduled for Mid-2022

Sorry, this reads to me like commercial agreements are still a ways off. I seem to recall we were all waiting on commercial agreements to be signed towards the end of 2020 when everyone was hyping it up but this didn't happen (I believe mainly due to COVID). We are now also looking at mid to late 2022 for them to be ready with the technology.

We need to ask why would any organisation sign up to a commercial agreement for a product that hasn't yet completed demo and functional testing or completed qualification yet. Surely any organisation would want a certified working product before signing on unless it is an MOU.

Just my thoughts on the latest announcement.

I believe in the technology and believe they will get there, it's just when and we need to be setting realistic expectations unless people here are deliberately hyping it up to drive up the share price to make a quick buck. I am in it for the long term.
