By memory the last announcement regarding share sales are from VC. Having said that that was before they were given more performance shares. I remember clearly at the time thank god it was almost over then boom the ‘milestone’ news hits......
Overall still looking closely with KTD but like I said don’t be fooled by the sugarcoating of this announcement. All the devils will be in the details in the upcoming Q and I fully expect sp to fall to 15c. There is virtually no chance they will have maiden profit announcement in the Q
