The CEO is protected by the board, it's a Roundtable full of mates so will never change. Unless other shareholders can come together and force him out then I wouldn't expect the next FY to be any different. They have 2 significant managed services contracts and nothing to suggest this can be leveraged to win more, which is the only mechanism for them to increase shareholder value. Product and licensing doesn't produce any long term value, they are only as good as their last deal, with zero differentiation to offer customers.
