If I read that statement correctly they made around $1m EBITDA from $80m of product sales. Most modern companies only now sell products as a way of selling services as the margins are so low. This is an area where increase in revenue is not actually a good thing... the measure to watch over the coming year will be the growth of the higher margin services business.
