Yes, I agree with you that it was a slight miss based on expectations but hey it was still a great result.
Costs per dmt excluding royalties came in higher than I was expecting and the other cost that seemed a bit higher was the royalty which worked out at around 6.4% compared to the previous 5.9%
These are minor issues though and feeding the extra costs into my forecast models only reduced my 2022/23 forecast by around $50M.
So my revised forecast for 2022/23 using a mid point of production guidance is:
Production 560,000 dmt
Spod Price US$5000
Revenue $4B
EBITDAX $3.3B
NPAT $2.2B
CAPEX $426M
Net Cashflow $1.88B
