I don't know why so many people are wanting to rush dividends?
Wouldn't it be better to see the company expand to P1000, consolidate that base, potentially acquire further leases and do a share buyback?
Growth should always take place over dividends. If fully franked divs come about around 2026-2027, then great.
Rushing it to keep investors happy too early could end in tears.
