Actually the Thais probably won't even bother buying out minority shareholders. Every cent that Star Vegas earns, for the foreseeable future, will be paid to them, in repayment of the shareholder loan. Then they will add on related party transactions (like the ridiculously expensive leasing cost for the land, supply deals for slot machines, etc etc) which will ensure that no-one makes any money out of this, except them.
There's absolutely nothing in this for minority shareholders.
