well the plan was to use borrowed funds to generate more income than the interest outlay an hope to hit it big on a penny, but now interest rates make it unprofitable for myself. If the market continues to stay depressed for a couple years it could be more beneficial to return in the future. It may or may not be the wisest strategy but some times self preservation is the best thing for mental health too
