Can someone explain why the substantial shareholders are not included in the top 20 shareholder disclosure.

Pretty big increase in audit fees; I also wish we wouldn't issue performance bonuses util we start posting a profit - the base salary is more than enough to retain CEO until we attract more customers and sales... The chair add a small parcel during the year, however at these prices I would expect to see more on-market activity from board and management if they truely believed things were trending up... still a bottom draw stock and I'm 50/50 whether I'll ever see a return.

Ps. Every year there are typos and sloppy errors in the commentary of chair or CEO - you would think the auditor could review it prior to publication if we are giving them $100k+ for assurance services... honestly annoys me and doesn't do much for the confidence in the company.
