I don't know the rules well enough to know if these expected loses should have been disclosed or not. On one hand it would have been good to know, on the other I'm not sure if it would have helped me or the share price having known earlier. But communication needs to improve regardless of the rules. The thing I do know is that @LongCleanEnergy is right, they cannot screw up the Yarra Valley Water contract, that one needs to be executed perfectly. That contract is probably the one thing that has made me uneasy about investing in this company if I'm honest. It never seemed like a wise choice considering all the other things going on. Just gotta hope management have got there shit together I guess.
