First and foremost I am Pro Dividends and also agree that there is room for dividends and other things at the same time.
My only caveat is I'd like to see a firm foundation first.
Debt reduction
A solid cash balance for J/V's, Plant and Equipment Upgrades, Production/Processing equipment Failures.
Get all that sorted at ground level first and we are in a great position for a very good payout ratio ie >50% of profits to Shareholders.
I don't see the need for share buy backs.
