From an agricultural company, it's the best I can recall in the last few years. Beyond my expectations, particularly since I was in Narrabri and more briefly busy Moree shortly before the downpours and after that incorrectly thought 'oh well, that curtains for the time being'.

It's a salutary lesson to look at the big picture and don't forget fundamentals, such as 'HC' contributor Portsmouth's constant reminders, abrasive though he may be at times, that GNC derives much of its profit from 'handling' and certainly not 'growing'. So if the crop is still saleable, even though it might not have the highest protein content, GNC still 'wins'.
