    The are essentially transitioning from a lifestyle business to a global operation. The operational and cultural change is significant and takes time.

    IN the mean time, there is one metric that really matters.

    ARR growth. This is metric 1,2 and 3.

    So long growth is high, profits, ebit can wait (so long as cost of acquisition and operations don't spiral out of hand)

    However it's a poor time to be a small cap tech stock at the moment
