A quick review and I'm finding lots of things I like. I particularly like the forecast of a 50% increase in FY2032 EBITDA over the current year. Even more so, that they pulled completed two acquisitions without destroying shareholder value through a dilutive capital raising.

What I didn't like was the company tipping into a loss of $0.7 million. More specifically the way this was glossed over in the presentation - in fact I couldn't see the fact that our company made a loss actually mentioned in the presentation at all (or if it was it was well hidden because I couldn't see it on a first read through). To me this is a serious issue as it makes me question whether there are other things the directors may be glossing over.

I've retained my "buy" sentiment but I'm not quite ready to top up at this stage.
