Saw this comment by a poster on the thread for Symbio (SYM). I'd have to dig a bit deeper but it doesn't look an unreasonable suggestion to me. Of course, any offer for CCG would have to be a long way above the current share price.

"CCG (Comms Group) looks like the perfect “strategic acquisition” for Symbio. Small enough that debt facilities could just about cover it, big enough and heading in a similar direction that it could make an impact. Could help them immediately with their 2030 vision of Asian expansion.
