Highly doubt WES tries for Lynas again - especially given previous attempt at $2.25 was highly opportunistic & perhaps a bit strategic to assist LYC negotiate in Malaysia rather than a genuine bid - as no follow up bids or increased offer from WES
More significantly WES doesn't even have enough cash on hand & already holds over $4B debt - plus they just allocated $1B spend on existing businesses this coming year
But who knows? It's possible WES offers $10 per share? Though highly unlikely in my opinion
LYC highly unlikely to accept any takeover offers now they have USA DoD support & Texas & Kalgoorlie operations & Mt Weld expansion coming online soon - and record profit announced
WES more likely to try for ARU or copper or nickel or more lithium juniors
