Milner 's approach shows what can happen to a company that is allowed to grow and not swallowed up by multinationals. Need to get to at least 15% (rather than the stipulated 10%) to prevent the company being taken over PLUS, and this is the ingredient that Milner brings,is to understand the company and hold the board to account so you don't get diluted out.

Would feel safe with Milner having a blocking stake-in 10 yrs RIC could be $10 share and giving the current SP in divvies each year.
