but also is a bit of a blocking action against takeovers/buyouts
consider if they paid out the buy-back amount as dividends......and you have a lower market cap with same revenue generating performance.....which would make it a more attractive takeover target
bit hypothetical.....as $20million is not that much of a buy back considering the present MC
