Newbie - you are correct when you say that generational wealth takes decades to occur. We are now at the stage where it comes to fruition after building since the 1960's. With high home ownership within Australia it is people like me ( i'm 78 ) who will help and bequeath our homes/wealth to our children/grandchildren in the now/next decade or so, and definately when we kark it. So I tend to agree with MarkHGO on this score.
Still, it is good to observe differing opinions.
