Govt. incentives to 1st home buyers may encourage & defy rising interest rates?, surely CWP took interest rates into account when releasing the above?
I'm wondering how the inter-generational wealth transfers are going, heard of plenty of parents assisting their kids(adults) into housing market - this might be larger than we might think.
