I'm surprised this assertion made it past the auditors, "Homeground occupancy follows energy prices". Is this based on the half-baked graph on the bottom of the page? There is a complex interaction of factors which influence project activity and to say that it simply follows energy prices is misleading at best, deceptive at worst.
