From someone working in the industry, my understanding is as follows: As the first few of these I-Med sites did not have the specific X-Ray Fluoroscopy machines required for the XVLVAS algorithm to effectively work, as part of their commercial deal they partnered with a X-Ray Modality vendor (Siem***?) who provided the hardware. This cost contributed to the cost of sales reported I believe. The idea moving forward will be to either leverage existing Fluoro machines (that meet the requirements of XV) or to sell their own scanner hardware when it is available for sale.
