Thx for the tag Stealth. Will take a detailed look at this later. Huge order book but contractors can blow up easily if margins, WIP etc are not managed properly. While we both made a few bags from EGL I typically don’t like contractors as an investment, but you can make good returns at the right time of the cycle (like now)
The low market cap relative to the revenue and potential for some operating leverage does provide some interest for me to look a bit deeper though. Will need to run some proper numbers rather than do a quick review on my phone.
What’s your view on the iron bridge contract? It looks like a step change in size and complexity for these guys which can be a red flag. What gets you comfortable that they can execute?
