That's what makes it a bad business. Seemingly the executive have little risk management ability & quality oversight with counter party risk & an inability to control basic parameters like budgets. This would be a great target for someone like SRG. I'm mulling whether to take a big hit on this or wait. Waiting so far has been expensive. It could get worse again.

I just looked at gross profit margins over the past ten years and it has been going one way. Down. Just like the valuation of the company. Decmil was valued at$400m in the 2012.

I don't really follow this company and don't know the history but a MASSIVE red flag is falling gross profit margin.
