I'd like to see a list of what contracts are fixed price vs what are cost + margin. If the latter, are there any caps?
Dique was talking 'double digit' gross profit margins with Alan Kohler just a month ago. Thats all dandy but huge inflationary pressures plus risk on contractual recoveries for past jobs (Sunraysia, SCEE dispute etc.). What if they lose these? They've shown a track record of not being succesful in such disputes.
