One last item... Remind me again when Decmil (10 years ago) was almost the preferred Contractor for Estate Works with Defence, they chose to aggravate the Client, and since never win any work in that space.
Why would you want a client like defence, hrmmm not overtly commercial, encourages forward claims, oh thats right and favourable payment terms.
