    I took a position in Whispir recently just based off valuation reasoning so always good to buy just before an upgrade BUT that cynical side of me thinks the market will be stubborn on the re-rating of Whispir.

    This is an upgrade, and as you suggested, market seemed to be expecting a downgrade.
    The market got this wrong.
    Plain and simple.
