a similar thing is occuring in govt bond markets all around the world .........even in countries where their CB buys most of the issuance ........
in lending - rate of return = cost of funds + risk premia
so, maybe, the people that lend to Governments are just starting to think that all this (supply side constraint) inflation is perhaps, not transient.......
interesting times !
