In my opinion, it appears that the market does not understanding the nature of the business of the acquisitions. DTC is definitely not a common household name. Also difficult to evaluate what is contracts what is there recurring business if any etc.
It will take a while for the market to be comfortable in understanding the new business and potential. In the meanwhile take money off the table.
