i've just come across CDA and have put them on my watchlist and am going to start looking at them and learning more about this company.

I think the financials speak for themselves and appear quite positive. As SH what would you say your main concerns are? i noticed they've taken on some debt to acquire a new business however i don't really know much about this yet. HC is often a bullish echo chamber however it can also be a great resource and I would love to hear what the bulls (and bears) deem as risks regarding CDA and whats prompted the SP fall recently?
