"AACo is focused on growth in the underlying business, according to its chairman, Donald McGauchie, who says that Australians have a “fixation” with dividends because of the superannuation industry and beneficial tax arrangements."All very well for McGauchie and fellow directors who are paid to sit on the Board - us poor shareholders have received nothing in dividends for 14 years and a reduction in real capital value.I would like to be offered a chance to view for myself the improvements to the properties but I'm still waiting for an invitation!
