I've picked up more. As far as I'm concerned, they are a stronger business than before with the Glue acquisition.
If anyone has seen the new Glue concept stores around, they look great. Accent has about halved the area of the store and fitted it out with its new concept store style, and have flagged more of the same to be opened up. And it's busier than before. The style runner stores look great too.
With everything reopening as covid subsides, discretionary spending should increase with foot traffic (at least in Melbourne) around pre-pandemic levels.
Dividends are expected to increase in coming periods accordingly.
