Can someone explain this bit in the report under liabilities

Deferred tax liability = 742.0 (which is in US$ Million)

Also

– Goodwill of $530M was recognised on Galaxy acquisition
attributable to deferred tax liabilities on valuation uplifts
in James Bay and Sal de Vida.
– Net deferred tax liability increase is mainly due to Galaxy
valuation and taxation in Argentina.

The rest all looks OK. We have not made enough for a big tax bill but it looks a bit scary.
