I am talking about the progress towards nameplate production here, not the expansion. It's not an excuse just saying lack of ponds. When they designed and built the facilities, all part of capacity had to be taken into account. Normally its because of the new production needs time to tweek to reach nameplate volume, but this is just not happening, even after 6 year.

Undoubtly the resources is biggest reason for many to hold here. No dispute to it. Just not an excuse for the impotence of the management. With such big resources on hand, even installing a flock of monkeys in the board, you would likely still reach this MC.
