Why are there zero institutions in Australia voting against Ian Davies and his BOD’s plan to sell Senex to Gina and Posco without independently evaluating how much money they are leaving on the table, just to satisfy their own short term greed. It is absolutely ludicrous to be giving this company away to their friends at the expense of the retail shareholders as the price of oil and LNG are about to go into the stratosphere. What options do we have to escalate this and put a hold on this bad / sickening deal? Ombudsman?
