They should have informed shareholders what the upfront fees and line fees will be during the term of the facility. They are obviously significant but once again EOS's disclosure is poor in my opinion.
Also another CR appears to be on the cards.
The Company expects to continue to work with capital providers including WHSP to adapt and
transition from these arrangements to a debt and equity structure to meet longer term working
capital requirements.
