Very good result, take away the once of last div and it equates to pretty much the same % on its capital return as the last div...
I have no idea why the media find what is arguably some of the best well run REITs in the world such a bad wrap...its an amazing trade and around this time of year a good div runner...I can not help but to think it will be a T/O at some point...
