My local branch is fully staffed with Reece brainwashed and experienced staff but the store 30 minutes up the road is useless with insanely consistent staff churn..
however, this is a moot point as all their competition are in the same position, although not as profitable, have less streamlined training process and are the ones fighting against a monopoly!
Reece won’t lose many customers because of this even though it will be challenging for the branch managers.
