Earlypay's product is mature, widespread and active, spread across equipment lending as well as factoring/invoice discounting which is its main focus. COG ramped up its TL Commercial business and quickly established a very large lending book but it copped some large losses and abruptly shut down and it has been in run off ever since. COG now has its Westlawn subsidiary run a lending book and managed funds division and it has a couple of products which are offered to COG broker customers only, not outside its own network.
COG's loan book is claimed at $200mil, Earlypay's is $133mil
