Release of shares from escrow might push the stock down if they start selling. No one has been buying this stock for a reason...thye dont believe the aggregation story and so far it hasnt delivered. Trying to buy businesses at 5 times multiple and take an arbitrage mkt cap lift might work in a booming market.
i think quite telling was the margin pessure they appear to be seeing in the contract warehousing side of their business...down year on year...the biggest part of the group.
